This year, elevate your holiday feast with your favorite bubbly! This time of year should be filled with celebration, joy, and of course, delicious food and wines. Champagne and other sparkling wines add a touch of elegance and excitement to a festive spread, with effervescence and bright acidity that complement a wide range of flavors, making it a versatile choice for Christmas dinner and beyond.

Sparkling Wine is a holiday must-have, and here at Ruby Hill, we love to welcome our guests and members with a splash of sparkles. If you need that special something to bring your holiday meals to the next level, pop open a bottle of bubbly with appetizers, dinner, or dessert. There are some special pairings that will bring the blissful harmonies of flavor that special occasions deserve. We’ve assembled a quick guide below!

Appetizers:
