Barrel fermentation causes oak-imparted flavors like toast, vanilla, and s'mores to integrate into the profile of this Chardonnay. After fermentation, the wine spends an additional 14 months in barrel. We aged this vintage in a blend of 40% French, 20% Hungarian, and 40% American oak (62% new).
