The Jewel Collection Series represents the epitome of winemaking at Ruby Hill, and this Cabernet may be the queen of them all. This vintage has been accented with a small touch of Merlot (5%) and Petit Verdot (7%) to create the optimum balance and complexity you know and love, bringing this Bordeaux beauty to her full potential. This limited production wine spent 30 months in barrel, using 85% new oak (89% French & 11% American).
