Amplify your visit with a private wine tasting experience! The Portiolio Tasting Experience features a bespoke menu tailored to your wine preferences and is hosted at Rubino Estates, our sister winery.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of sparkling wine to kick-start the occasion. Following the bubbly you will be escorted by our Wine Ambassador to the stunning Library Room, where you will enjoy a sit-down tasting of our wines from both Ruby Hill Winery and Rubino Estates Winery, hand-selected by our team to enchant your palate.
Your personal Wine Ambassador will guide you through the experience sharing their knowledge on winemaking, viticulture and the history or our estate. Your wine will be accompanied with assorted food offerings. Portfolio tastings are available by appointment only, at our sister winery Rubino Estates.
