2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

This lustrous and layered vintage incorporates a touch of Petit Verdot and Merlot into the Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a cohesive and intricate whole. The aroma and profile are graced by darker fruits like plum and blackberry, presented against a background of oak-influenced baking spice, chocolate, and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth, and the finish is both fruity and flavorful. Aged for 20  months in 40% French, 40% American, and 20% Hungarian oak.
